CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY At The Brow Syndicate, appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client. Because adequate notice is necessary to accommodate other clients, the following cancellation policy applies to all appointments: 48-Hour Cancellation Policy Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price. Travel Appointments – Paso Robles When your provider, Ashley Williams, is traveling to Paso Robles specifically to provide scheduled services, a one-week (7-day) cancellation and rescheduling policy applies. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within the 7-day period will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. An exception may be made for a documented illness. If a client must cancel within the 7-day period due to illness and provides a valid doctor’s note, the 50% cancellation fee will be refunded to the client. No-Shows Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior cancellation is considered a no-show. All no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. No exceptions. Client Acknowledgment By booking an appointment with The Brow Syndicate, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy and authorizes applicable cancellation or no-show fees to be charged to the payment method on file.
